CONSULTING ENVIRONMENT PROCEDURES NEED TO IMPLEMENT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS

1. STAGE OF APPLICATION FOR INVESTMENT LICENSE, CONSTRUCTION PERMITS FOR PROJECT:

Prepare an environmental impact assessment (EIA) or register an environmental protection plan (EP) depending on the project size according to Decree No. 40/2019 / ND-CP.

2. STAGE OF CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECTS:

2.1. Consultancy on design of environmental protection works (water supply, waste water, exhaust gas, solid waste, etc.) in accordance with the committed commitments in EIA / EP report.

2.2. Making plans for construction and installation of environmental treatment facilities; announce the test operation plan under the guidance in Circular 27/2015 / TT-BTNMT.

3. STAGE OF COMPLETING THE PROJECT:

3.1. Prepare overall environmental acceptance documents for the project and submit it to the regulatory authority for approval, issuance of Certification of completion of environmental protection works to implement the commitments in the EIA / EP report.

3.2. Prepare a report to apply for a License to discharge wastewater into receiving sources and submit it to the competent authorities according to Circular No. 27/2015 / TT-BTNMT.

3.3. Compilation of dossiers of application for underground water exploitation permits (for drilling wells).

3.4. Prepare a report to apply for permission to connect to the receiving source and submit it to a competent management agency in accordance with Official Letter No. 183 / BNN-KH (Regarding financial mechanism for investment in flood control planning project in Ho Chi Minh City area).

3.5. Prepare a registration file for the Waste Resource Owner to submit to the management agency in accordance with Circular No. 12/2006 / TT-BTNMT submitted to the management agency.

4. STAGE OF PROJECTS GOING TO OPERATION:

Prepare periodic environmental quality monitoring report (2 times / year or 4 times / year) and submit to the managing agencies.
